To attend to emergency calls and provide intermediate medical care in line with scope of practice.
Response to medical and traumatic emergencies
Provide emergency medical care at the scene, en-route to hospital and during transportation from one health care facility to another.
Provide supervision and guidance to BLS paramedics
Adhere to the company, local, regional and state guidance on patient care.

The ideal candidate should reside in the Northern Cape and have own transport.
The Operations Manager’s role is to provide leadership and oversight to help with the medic services achieve the goal of “Best in Class” status.
The Operations Manager will have direct oversight of all daily operations and imperatives, work through shift leadership to select and evaluate EMS staff and track and report out daily, weekly and monthly utilization statistics.
This individual will contribute and adhere to organization’s budget as it relates to operations and other areas of responsibility.
